Aylesbury to Bicester Chauffeur
Fixed-price, door-to-door chauffeur journeys between Aylesbury and Bicester with Butlers Airport Cars, serving Aylesbury since 2004.
Bicester is about 16 to 17 miles north-west of Aylesbury, and the drive is almost all on the A41. From Aylesbury the road heads out past Berryfields and Aylesbury Vale Parkway, through Waddesdon and Kingswood, and crosses into Oxfordshire at Blackthorn before reaching the Bicester ring road. Outside rush hour the journey usually takes around 25 to 35 minutes.
People book this run for all sorts of reasons: shoppers heading to Bicester Village, rail passengers catching a Chiltern Railways train from Bicester North or Bicester Village, families visiting Bicester Community Hospital, and visitors to the motoring events at Bicester Heritage. Because the A41 carries on to junction 9 of the M40, Bicester is also a handy pickup point for onward trips towards Oxford and the Midlands.
A designer outlet shopping centre on the edge of town with around 150 boutiques, open since 1995.
Served by Chiltern Railways on the Oxford to London Marylebone route.
On the Chiltern Main Line, with trains to London Marylebone and north to Banbury and Birmingham.
An NHS community hospital on Kings End, run by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The former RAF Bicester airfield on Buckingham Road, now home to motoring businesses and events such as the Sunday Scramble.
Just south of Bicester, where the A41 meets the M40 and the A34 towards Oxford.
From Bicester, London Luton is about 43 miles by road and Heathrow about 54 miles, so both are realistic for an early flight or a late arrival. We run airport transfers 24 hours a day at a fixed price, with meet and greet and flight monitoring, so if your plane lands early or late your driver will know. Child and booster seats are available on request.
